Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer, ideally with Elixir or Ruby
Code quality focus with pragmatism
Experience in small, empowered teams
Product mindset and exploration mentality
Basics of GDPR and secure software design knowledge
Curiosity, reflection, and enjoyment in learning
Professional-level English; German is a plus
Nice to have: Experience with sensitive data, understanding of encryption, DevOps knowledge, familiar with Shape Up methodology
