About the role
- Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, closing, and relationship management.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities in the Norwegian market through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with C-level executives in consultative sales dialogues that create real value for customers.
- Take ownership and represent Mynt as a trusted ambassador in the Norwegian market.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within fintech, SaaS or financial services in the Norwegian market.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A creative, driven and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to build trust and drive business discussions at C-level.
- Experience from a startup or scale-up environment, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving setting.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
