About the role

  • Lead, coach and develop the Finnish sales team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Build a strong, positive and ambitious team culture and onboard new joiners.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, closing, and relationship management.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities in the Finnish market through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with C-level executives in consultative sales dialogues that create real value for customers.
  • Take ownership and represent Mynt as a trusted ambassador in the Finnish market.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within fintech, SaaS or financial services in the Finnish market.
  • Previous experience in a team lead or managerial role with personnel responsibility.
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A creative, driven and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to build trust and drive business discussions at C-level.
  • Experience from a startup or scale-up environment, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving setting.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus.
