Junior HR Manager – Recruiting, Part-time

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will take responsibility for the entire recruiting process — from identifying staffing needs, through managing the selection process, to contract signing and successfully onboarding new employees
- You will work closely with the relevant departments, advise hiring managers across the entire recruiting funnel, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- You will support and/or coordinate preparatory payroll-related matters and work closely with external service providers and internal stakeholders
- You will bring structure to our HR activities, develop standards, workflows and KPIs, and ensure efficient, scalable processes
- You will identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and independently drive projects (e.g., in the areas of digitalization, automation or AI applications in HR)
- You will own and optimize operational HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, contract management, personnel administration)
- You will actively advance talent acquisition (active sourcing, network building, innovative recruiting channels) and develop sustainable talent pipelines for future needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have gained initial practical experience in HR — e.g., through internships, working-student roles or a first permanent position, ideally with a focus on recruiting
- You have a good sense for people and enjoy identifying talent and enthusing them about our company
- You are eager to learn, take initiative, and are keen to take on responsibility and familiarize yourself with new topics (e.g., People Operations, payroll-related matters or HR projects)
- You have excellent communication skills and present yourself confidently and pleasantly when interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders
- You are interested in modern HR approaches and innovations (e.g., digitalization, automation or AI in HR)
- You work in a structured and reliable manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks
- You are willing to travel domestically occasionally (e.g., for site visits, interviews or projects)
