About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise prospects and customers online and by phone, and convert them into mymoria customers
Turn funeral and pre-arrangement inquiries/offers into confirmed orders
Listen carefully and provide needs-oriented advice so customers can make well-informed decisions
Continuously question and improve our service and sales processes
Keep company goals in mind and contribute significantly to the company's success through your work
Receive an uncapped commission in addition to your base salary

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are a salesperson through and through and have experience in telephone sales
You have strong self-motivation and a passion for achieving targets and closing deals
You have excellent communication skills, a strong service orientation, empathy and compassion
You have good computer skills and can quickly learn new software
Previous experience in the funeral industry or insurance sales is an advantage, but career changers are welcome
