About the role

  • Lead the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives and roadmaps.
  • Translate high-level goals into actionable plans with clear milestones and KPIs.
  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and fintech innovations to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes of business challenges.
  • Leverage data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Own the implementation of critical strategic projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Identify roadblocks and proactively manage risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Align stakeholders across Growth, Risk, Product, Operations, and Finance to drive seamless strategy execution.
  • Facilitate effective communication and accountability between squads.
  • Develop and manage KPIs, milestone tracking, and dashboards to monitor progress and impact.
  • Deliver regular reporting to leadership with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • - **Experience**
  • - 4+ years in strategy, consultancy or quantitative research.
  • - Fintech or startup experience is a strong plus.
  • - **Data & Insights Expertise**
  • - Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
  • - Proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • - Experience in building dashboards and using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
  • - **Research & Benchmarking**
  • - Hands-on experience with market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
  • - **Strategic Thinking**
  • - Ability to develop and implement strategies in fast-paced environments.
  • - **Communication & Collaboration**
  • - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • - Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
  • - **Problem-Solving**
  • - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
