About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure Fixed Operations personnel across our dealer network can fully leverage myKaarma’s SLT product suite.
- Work directly with end users to educate them on their roles and myKaarma’s products.
- Conduct multiple training sessions daily for existing customers.
- Manage post-training steps, including scheduling follow-ups and documenting progress.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional training experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of automotive dealership fixed operations experience as a Service Advisor, Technician, Parts Counterperson, Service Manager, or equivalent.
- 2 years of automotive software consulting, installing/training experience or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be well organized and respond with a sense of urgency internally and externally.
- Be adept at learning/absorbing new technologies and staying abreast of changes to our tool along with evolving dealer practices.
