About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Harmonize the leadership team and drive accountability throughout the organization
- Execute the business plan according to the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework
- Ensure all major business functions—operations, sales, marketing, finance, and client delivery are aligned and running efficiently
- Deliver a 5-star experience to clients while bringing clarity, discipline, and consistency to the business
- Facilitate team health, resolve cross-functional issues, and keep the team aligned and focused
- Proactively identify and solve issues using the IDS™ (Identify, Discuss, Solve) process
- Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services
- Implement efficient systems, processes, and policies to support the company’s strategic goals
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of resources and objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in a senior operations or leadership role (COO, GM, etc.)
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
- Skilled in managing departments in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Service, HR, and General Administration
- Overall operations leadership experience
- Experience with EOS or a strong willingness to adopt it
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Business acumen and systems thinking
