About the role

  • Must be available to work between the hours of 8:30am-5pm EST M-F
  • Creating and managing our sales strategy, setting, managing and measuring goals of our sales team
  • Overseeing the day-to-day response to incoming leads and conducting needs analyses
  • Preparing and pricing customized proposals
  • Overseeing and being involved in presenting solutions to clients
  • Assuring trust and relationship building with prospective clients
  • Filling in for our sales team as needed
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and client services teams to ensure satisfaction and service alignment
  • Motivating and supporting the sales team and offering a best-in-class work environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the professional service industry
  • Sales experience in the field of HR, payroll, or benefits is helpful
  • Naturally authentic, high-energy leader with a trustworthy demeanor
  • Proven track record of success in leading a sales team
  • Experience using a CRM (Hubspot)
  • Business acumen or knowledge of operations is preferred
