Key responsibilities & impact

Perform hands-on, day-to-day, outsourced HR services for small to mid-sized companies across the US
Handle employee relations issues, respond to employee questions and concerns
Provide support for projects, build training presentations, create HR documents
Utilize various technology to automate and maintain HR related tasks
Engage with candidates conducting interviews on clients’ behalf
Manage and update data for regular payroll processing cycles
Maintain and handle all administrative tasks related to benefits

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of well-rounded HR experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or business with a focus in HR; or a degree plus a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HR certification required
Computer skills – well versed and able to learn new programs regularly
