About the role

  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network switches, wireless controllers, and access points
  • Support troubleshooting of network connectivity issues (LAN, WLAN)
  • Perform large wireless deployments within enterprise-level environments under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Support Cisco ISE and other network access control policy platforms
  • Document network configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures
  • Participate in clients’ change control procedures and processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years working with (Cisco or similar) networking technologies (wired and/or wireless)
  • Basic understanding of core networking concepts: IPAM, VLANs, STP, routing Protocols
  • Familiarity with Cisco IOS, IOS-XE Catalyst, and/or AireOS platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot layer 1–3 network issues
  • Strong documentation and communication
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teammates and cross-functional departments
  • Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • Certifications: Cisco CCNA, Aruba Campus Access, CWNA (or actively working toward certification)
