About the role

  • Identifying and engaging prospects through cold calls, networking, and events
  • Responding to incoming leads, conducting needs analyses, preparing customized proposals, and presenting solutions to clients
  • Fostering trust and likability with prospects, clients, and our internal team
  • Meeting sales goals while maintaining a steady pipeline of leads
  • Representing myHR Partner at occasional trade fairs/networking events (approx. 10% travel)
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing and client services teams to ensure client satisfaction and service alignment

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in a service industry
  • High energy, motivated, and a friendly, trustworthy demeanor
  • Proven track record of success
  • Experience using CRM software
  • Business acumen or knowledge of operations is preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
