About the role
- Identifying and engaging prospects through cold calls, networking, and events
- Responding to incoming leads, conducting needs analyses, preparing customized proposals, and presenting solutions to clients
- Fostering trust and likability with prospects, clients, and our internal team
- Meeting sales goals while maintaining a steady pipeline of leads
- Representing myHR Partner at occasional trade fairs/networking events (approx. 10% travel)
- Collaborating closely with the marketing and client services teams to ensure client satisfaction and service alignment
Requirements
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in a service industry
- High energy, motivated, and a friendly, trustworthy demeanor
- Proven track record of success
- Experience using CRM software
- Business acumen or knowledge of operations is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
