Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product management experience, with at least 1–2 years managing and developing other PMs
Demonstrated success leading multiple squads or a product pillar with measurable impact on customers and the business
Deep fluency in the product operating model
Proven ability to set and communicate strategy in a way that motivates teams and creates alignment
Strong bias to action
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-informed iteration at scale
Experience leading consumer-facing product development for native iOS and Android apps
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
