About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and strategic agency partners
- Develop and execute account plans that drive revenue, client satisfaction, and long-term retention
- Consult with clients on their advertising strategies, offering solutions across MyFitnessPal to meet business goals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Ad Ops, Rev Ops and Product to ensure flawless execution of campaigns
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and communicate results
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
- Lead contract negotiations and manage deal structures
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the advertising landscape
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or client management
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building deep client relationships
- Strong understanding of digital advertising products, including programmatic, social, display, video and native formats
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and ad platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience working with clients in Health, Beauty & Personal Care with the ability to build strategic relationships.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or large-scale ad campaigns.
