About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Attend qualified leads with a consultative approach and a focus on converting sales.
- Understand clients' needs, goals and financial profile.
- Explain how the product works clearly.
- Perform simulations, present proposals and lead negotiations through to the closing of the sale.
- Address objections and clarify questions.
- Maintain a disciplined follow-up routine, tracking opportunities.
- Log all interactions in the CRM.
- Work with sales, productivity and service quality targets.
- Collaborate with SDRs, leadership and other departments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in consultative sales.
- Experience providing commercial/customer service via phone, WhatsApp or other digital channels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
- Consultative profile, with ease identifying needs and building solutions.
- Discipline in using CRM, managing the pipeline and monitoring KPIs.
- Ability to learn about financial products quickly and develop technical knowledge.
- Preferred: Experience in Inside Sales operations and consortium (consórcio) sales.
