About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Attend qualified leads with a consultative approach and a focus on converting sales.
  • Understand clients' needs, goals and financial profile.
  • Explain how the product works clearly.
  • Perform simulations, present proposals and lead negotiations through to the closing of the sale.
  • Address objections and clarify questions.
  • Maintain a disciplined follow-up routine, tracking opportunities.
  • Log all interactions in the CRM.
  • Work with sales, productivity and service quality targets.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, leadership and other departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in consultative sales.
  • Experience providing commercial/customer service via phone, WhatsApp or other digital channels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Consultative profile, with ease identifying needs and building solutions.
  • Discipline in using CRM, managing the pipeline and monitoring KPIs.
  • Ability to learn about financial products quickly and develop technical knowledge.
  • Preferred: Experience in Inside Sales operations and consortium (consórcio) sales.
