Generate insights through analysis of lead and customer behavioral data.
Develop strategies of action using key CRM metrics.
Plan, execute and monitor campaigns, personalized relationship journeys (nurture flows) and standard CRM activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Analytical skills to manipulate, process and interpret data and make decisions based on those insights.
Experience with MarTech architecture and working with CDPs — familiarity with the Insider platform is a plus.
Solid experience across CRM responsibilities, especially in lead qualification and progression through the online sales funnel.
Ability to work autonomously—making decisions and managing tasks—as well as collaboratively in squads, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience creating and managing automated, personalized relationship/engagement journeys, with demonstrated depth in aligning them to the acquisition/customer lifecycle.
