About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively support the Marketing and Product teams in all phases of creating, executing, and launching campaigns, as well as in product optimizations and improvements by providing relevant information and insights.
- Closely monitor campaign deliverables, ensuring compliance with agreed KPIs and deadlines, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Track campaigns and projects, documenting each step accurately—from briefings and schedules to deliverables—ensuring they meet established deadlines and standards.
- Stay up to date on market trends and best practices, ensuring processes and workflows remain aligned with the latest standards.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and integration across all departments involved in delivering the product or service to the customer.
- Organize and maintain recurring routines and rituals.
- Actively manage conflicts and resolve issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with marketing campaigns and product-related activities.
- Agency experience.
- Familiarity with project and process management platforms — e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira, Miro, Trello.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and prioritization.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to solve problems creatively.
- Preferred: experience at an advertising/marketing agency or in companies that produce marketing campaigns.
