About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a Product Analyst focused on priority projects, ensuring governance, alignment and consistent execution primarily across Marketing, Product and Tech.
  • Plan, define and monitor timelines, ensuring deadlines, quality and consistency of deliverables.
  • Set priorities and organize requests, managing multiple concurrent streams while ensuring clear scope, dependencies and owners.
  • Ensure approval flows and delivery quality by establishing checkpoints, acceptance criteria and validation rituals with stakeholders.
  • Actively support the Marketing and Product teams in all phases of product creation, execution and launch, as well as optimizations and improvements, providing relevant information and insights to support decisions.
  • Closely monitor campaign and initiative deliveries, ensuring agreed KPIs and deadlines are met, identifying risks, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Track projects end-to-end, accurately documenting scope, schedule, dependencies, status, decisions and deliverables according to established standards.
  • Map and structure end-to-end process flows, connecting business needs to operational steps (from briefing to delivery).
  • Optimize existing processes and build solutions using already-implemented tools (e.g., Notion/Asana/Jira), increasing efficiency and predictability.
  • Translate business needs into practical, efficient solutions, turning context into an execution plan and clear communication.
  • Organize and maintain recurring routines and rituals (alignments, checkpoints, status reports, risk and dependency management).
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and integration among all areas involved in delivering the product/service to the customer.
  • Manage conflicts and solve problems with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Stay up to date on trends and best practices, ensuring processes and flows align with modern standards of execution and governance.
  • Operate with an analytical mindset, strong experimentation focus, optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with products and projects (planning, execution and monitoring).
  • Experience in an agency or a similar context with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines and a high volume of requests.
  • Familiarity with project and process management platforms (e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira, Miro, Trello).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Product, Tech, Data, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills, deadline management and prioritization ability.
  • Results-oriented mindset and the ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically.
  • Analytical profile, metrics-driven, experience tracking KPIs and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in Projects, PMO or areas/companies that produce marketing campaigns in a structured and recurring way.
