About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be a true entrepreneur and help build a company from day 1.
Learn what it means to be a founder by working directly with our founding team.
Support the founders in daily tasks and help position Mycolever as a market leader.
Engage in the implementation of our go-to-market strategy through e.g. business case validation, expert interviews, marketing and sales projects, and product launch preparations.
Address challenges related to process and operational scalability, such as preparing product launches, building sales processes, supporting marketing activities, supporting project management, etc.
Contribute to product development activities, whether in software development or biotech process scale-up.
Assist the founders in navigating the fundraising process, from defining strategies to managing investor relations and mastering the perfect pitch.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, business informatics, formulation chemist, cosmetics, or others.
First internship experience in startups, tech companies, or consulting is an advantage.
Business fluent in English. Fluency in German may be required for certain positions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ambition to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A 'get-things-done' attitude, and not afraid to take initiative.
