About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be a true entrepreneur and help build a company from day 1.
- Learn what it means to be a founder by working directly with our founding team.
- Support the founders in daily tasks and help position Mycolever as a market leader.
- Engage in the implementation of our go-to-market strategy through e.g. business case validation, expert interviews, marketing and sales projects, and product launch preparations.
- Address challenges related to process and operational scalability, such as preparing product launches, building sales processes, supporting marketing activities, supporting project management, etc.
- Contribute to product development activities, whether in software development or biotech process scale-up.
- Assist the founders in navigating the fundraising process, from defining strategies to managing investor relations and mastering the perfect pitch.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, business informatics, formulation chemist, cosmetics, or others.
- First internship experience in startups, tech companies, or consulting is an advantage.
- Business fluent in English. Fluency in German may be required for certain positions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ambition to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A 'get-things-done' attitude, and not afraid to take initiative.
