About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with the founders as a trusted partner, supporting strategic decision-making, business planning, and key company initiatives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across business, technology, and operations, ensuring alignment with company priorities and delivery on key milestones.
Design, implement, and improve processes that strengthen organizational efficiency and enable scalable company growth.
Support people operations and financial planning processes, including hiring, budgeting, and coordination with external partners.
Assist in preparing board meetings, financing rounds and investor materials enabling clear and effective communication.
Help strengthen the organizational structure, support leadership processes, and contribute to building a high-performing company culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of professional experience with a strong commercial and analytical profile and an interest in deep-tech and science-driven innovation.
A degree in business, management, business & technology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
Experience in consulting, venture building, the industrial bioeconomy or (bio-)chemical industries is welcome.
Familiarity with our target markets such as personal care & cosmetics, home care, or food/feed is a plus.
A proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and building impactful technology companies.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to structure complex topics, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
Comfort with ambiguity and to thrive in fast-paced environments while taking ownership of projects and delivering results independently.
