About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own three product engines under one roadmap: the consumer marketplace, the agent CRM, and the AI lead nurture engine
  • Drive acquisition and improve conversion across the funnel through experimentation and A/B testing
  • Enhance a proprietary platform (CRM) used by thousands of agents and identify improvements with a small team
  • Manage a proprietary lead nurture and matching engine deciding lead engagements and transactions
  • Build product strategies and oversee future revenue growth initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in product, with 2–3 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Product, Director of Product, founding PM, or similar)
  • Excitement to re-learn product building methodologies in the era of AI
  • A track record of moving acquisition, conversion, activation, or retention metrics on a consumer product
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests, including hypothesis design, sample sizing, and interpreting results
  • Experience building a product, function, or team from the ground up
  • Ability to develop a product strategy for an existing product within 30 days
  • Experience shipping AI-powered features in production
  • A deep willingness to get hands-on with AI tools (like Claude) and likely deploy webpages or prototypes directly.
