About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own three product engines under one roadmap: the consumer marketplace, the agent CRM, and the AI lead nurture engine
- Drive acquisition and improve conversion across the funnel through experimentation and A/B testing
- Enhance a proprietary platform (CRM) used by thousands of agents and identify improvements with a small team
- Manage a proprietary lead nurture and matching engine deciding lead engagements and transactions
- Build product strategies and oversee future revenue growth initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in product, with 2–3 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Product, Director of Product, founding PM, or similar)
- Excitement to re-learn product building methodologies in the era of AI
- A track record of moving acquisition, conversion, activation, or retention metrics on a consumer product
- Experience designing and running A/B tests, including hypothesis design, sample sizing, and interpreting results
- Experience building a product, function, or team from the ground up
- Ability to develop a product strategy for an existing product within 30 days
- Experience shipping AI-powered features in production
- A deep willingness to get hands-on with AI tools (like Claude) and likely deploy webpages or prototypes directly.
