Key responsibilities & impact

Own a product ecosystem that spans it all . CRM, marketplace, admin dashboard, mobile apps.
Keep your finger on the pulse . You'll know how agents and brokerages are performing on the platform before anyone else does.
Stay obsessively close to users. Buyers, sellers, agents, brokerage owners.
Dig into the data. You don't wait for someone to pull a report.
Find what we're missing . You'll identify the gaps, the opportunities, and the next big thing before it becomes obvious to everyone else
Bring AI into everything. You'll think about where intelligence can be embedded into the product to make the marketplace smarter, faster, and more valuable for everyone on the platform
Set the context that unlocks great decisions . You're the person who knows the why behind what the team is building, and you make sure that clarity travels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience shipping products in a startup or high growth environment
A technical background, whether that's a CS degree, years of engineering experience, or a portfolio of things you've built yourself
The ability to own a system end to end. You can design it, understand how it's built, deploy it, and know when something is wrong before anyone else does
Familiarity with data. SQL, product analytics, whatever it takes to answer a hard question without waiting for help
Hands on experience building or deploying AI powered products
Bonus: experience in real estate, proptech, or marketplace businesses
Bonus: experience working across CRM, mobile, or admin platform products.
