Requirements

Experience shipping products in a startup or high growth environment
A technical background, whether that's a CS degree, years of engineering experience, or a portfolio of things you've built yourself
The ability to own a system end to end. You can design it, understand how it's built, deploy it, and know when something is wrong before anyone else does
Familiarity with data. SQL, product analytics, whatever it takes to answer a hard question without waiting for help
Hands on experience building or deploying AI powered products
Bonus: experience in real estate, proptech, or marketplace businesses
Bonus: experience working across CRM, mobile, or admin platform products.
