Attorney

• Act as the first point of contact for legal and contract queries across the business
• Support customer, supplier, and partner queries relating to contractual and legal matters
• Collaborate with external legal advisors and consultants on business and product legal matters
• Promote awareness and understanding of legal and contractual obligations across the organisation
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and documentation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and legal developments
• Manage contracts register and work with Supplier and Partner managers to proactively renew relationships and deals
• Work closely with People and Culture to ensure employee contracts and amendments are accurate and compliant
• Support the implementation of the Organisations growth activities
• Partner with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries
• Attend meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders as required
