About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform intake assessments
Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Minimum caseload of 28 Weekly Sessions Capped at 32 Weekly Sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Licensed as an: MFT, or Social Worker, etc
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Preferred: EMDR Certified preferred
Certifications: Brainspotting, or Trauma related etc
