About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management, modification and cancellation of flight reservations;
Re-issues, revalidations and refund procedures;
Specialist technical support to Travel Partners;
Direct contact with airlines, consolidators and other suppliers;
Management and monitoring of operational situations related to flights;
Ensuring compliance with fare policies and airline rules;
Daily use of GDS systems Amadeus and Galileo;
Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal aviation processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education degree in Tourism and/or a related field (preferred);
At least 5 years of proven professional experience in aviation or flight reservations;
Solid knowledge of fare construction/pricing and ticketing;
Mandatory proficiency in GDS systems Amadeus and Galileo;
Good command of English;
Interest in the Travel industry;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
Good communication skills and a problem-solving orientation;
Team spirit and a focus on customer service.
