About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary leader and point of responsibility for iCliGo in the assigned country(ies)
Drive growth in local markets in line with company strategy and expansion priorities
Identify market opportunities, barriers, risks, and growth levers
Monitor country performance and recommend actions
Coordinate with global shared-services teams to ensure adequate support for the country(ies)
Align and coordinate local priorities with internal teams
Ensure the country is operationally prepared for launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives
Act as the internal voice of the country(ies)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in roles such as Country Manager, Market Manager, Operations Manager, Business Manager, or similar
Strong experience in cross-functional leadership and execution
Experience in fast-growing, changing, or international business environments
Strong commercial mindset and understanding of local market dynamics
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without relying solely on direct reporting lines
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational skills and execution discipline
High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
Strong communication skills in the local market language and in English
Experience with travel, marketplaces, technology-enabled services, direct sales, or community-based businesses is a plus
