About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver onboarding training for new members of the Booking team, ensuring a strong understanding of systems, workflows, and operational procedures

- Provide hands-on support to Booking & Operations teams, assisting with reservation-related tickets and tasks
- Ensure that all operational procedures, training content, and team practices comply with local market regulatory requirements across all countries of operation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in Booking Operations, Customer Support, or Travel Operations
- Experience delivering training, onboarding, or knowledge management
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and ability to translate them into structured training content
- Attention to detail, especially regarding compliance and procedural accuracy
- Ability to work across multiple markets and adapt to different regulatory environments
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance training responsibilities and operational support
