About the role

  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis against the budget and previous periods
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from different areas of the company
  • Support profitability analysis by business unit, product, customer, or project
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards and management control tools
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to support management
  • Collaborate with other departments (Operations, Sales, HR, etc.) in the interpretation of financial data and cost control
  • Support the continuous improvement of reporting and financial control processes
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of financial information used in analyses

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 0-1 years of experience in management control, auditing, consulting, or financial analysis roles (valued but not mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of Excel / data analysis tools
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
