About the role
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources;
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance;
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and provide data-driven recommendations;
- Support product development with insights into user behavior and travel industry trends;
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity across reporting systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field;
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role;
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker);
- Solid knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and experience with Python or R for data analysis;
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders;
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
