About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare the annual budget and short-, medium-, and long-term financial projections, and analyze variances between planned and actual results, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, such as profit margins, profitability, efficiency indicators, cash flow, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare detailed financial reports to support strategic management.
Develop and update financial models for scenario analysis and to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present budget reports, financial projections, and performance analyses.
Collaborative profile with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across functions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree in related areas is a plus.
Proven experience in financial planning, controllership, or financial analysis roles, preferably in mid-level positions.
Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with integrated management systems (preferably SAP or similar ERP systems).
Knowledge of financial statements and analysis of financial indicators such as EBITDA, ROIC, CCC (Cash Conversion Cycle), among others.
