About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute accounting entries and ensure the correct classification of accounts and supporting documentation.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Perform accounting reconciliations (banks, suppliers, fixed assets, taxes, payroll, among others), operating within the control standards defined by the company’s policies.
Reconcile billing (accounting vs. tax ledger).
Assist with the monthly accounting close and internal reporting.
Support expense analysis to help identify potential variances.
Participate in internal and external audit processes.
Update controls and spreadsheets that support accounting routines.
Assist in organizing documents and digital files.
Contribute to process improvements and compliance with current regulations.
Respond annually to IBGE surveys related to PIA Product and PIA Company.
Prepare files for internal controls validation (Archer system).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (registered with an active CRC) or currently enrolled from the 7th semester onward.
Experience or knowledge in accounting activities related to the role.
Preferred: ability to prepare internal management reports, analyze balances and prepare account reconciliations, and to monitor and recognize expenses, including provisions.
Experience using the SAP system.
