Plays a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
Partners closely with all departments across the Company to deliver accurate financial insights
Supports strategic decision-making and drives improved profitability and cash flow
Assists the SVP of Finance and Department Leaders in budget and forecast development
Prepares monthly financial reporting packages and analyzes key drivers impacting profitability

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
1-3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or operational finance experience
Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based industries
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
