About the role

  • Reach out to and persuade stakeholders who want to make buildings more cost-effective, efficient, and future‑proof
  • Develop and own B2B sales projects in the smart building space — from analysis through contract signing
  • Build relationships, maintain a network, and position yourself as a trusted point of contact in the real estate sector
  • Identify new market opportunities and represent BlueRange at trade shows, events, and customer meetings across the DACH region
  • Responsible for onboarding new partners in technologies and software tools
  • Work in a data- and KPI-driven way and actively feed market and customer feedback into product development

Requirements

  • Background or experience in real estate, construction engineering, building services/technical building systems, or other real-estate-related roles
  • Experience in B2B sales — ideally with software solutions
  • Technical understanding and an affinity for smart building, smart home, and mobile and web applications
  • Strong consultative skills, active listening, and the ability to identify customers' real needs
  • Data- and numbers-oriented with an independent working style and a strong focus on targets and deal closure
