Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a closely related role
  • Demonstrated experience writing structured creative briefs, not mood boards
  • DTC or e-commerce experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable in a remote, fast-moving agency environment managing multiple client accounts
  • Strong written communication
  • Hands-on UGC scriptwriting experience
  • Working fluency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting
