About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the link between performance data and creative output for DTC clients
- Read Meta and Google ad performance data daily
- Write precise briefs for designers and editors
- Build and prioritize a creative testing roadmap
- Track UGC and short-form trends on TikTok and Instagram
- Iterate on existing UGC concepts based on performance data
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a closely related role
- Demonstrated experience writing structured creative briefs, not mood boards
- DTC or e-commerce experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable in a remote, fast-moving agency environment managing multiple client accounts
- Strong written communication
- Hands-on UGC scriptwriting experience
- Working fluency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting
