Key responsibilities & impact

Create compelling designs for digital, print, and social media platforms
Develop engaging motion graphics and animations using Adobe Suite
Maintain consistency across various client brand guidelines
Design social media assets, digital ads, and marketing materials
Create storyboards and design concepts for client approval
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Work within established brand guidelines to deliver consistent creative
Optimize designs for different platforms and formats
Collaborate with team members to implement feedback and revisions
Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
Work closely with creative team members and account managers
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
Provide and receive constructive feedback on design work
Support senior team members with project execution
Contribute to internal creative initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years experience in graphic design and motion graphics
Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion design work
Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred
Excellent communication and time management skills
Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment
