Key responsibilities & impact

Map out and visit manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and industrial zones across Penang to promote multi-brand lifting and heavy machinery service offerings.
Formulate precise engineering service quotations, handle complex commercial contract terms, and resolve customer objections to secure long-term agreements.
Work hand-in-hand with the field technician team to schedule, allocate, and monitor preventive maintenance and breakdown repair jobs.
Act as the first point of contact for client escalations, overseeing warranty claims and technical resolution loops with the operations support desk.
Participate in regional industrial trade shows, identify new engineering applications, and update the CRM system with pipeline data and forecasts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or equivalent field)
Minimum 5 years of working experience in an engineering environment, with a strong emphasis on technical sales or aftermarket service sales.
Proven capability to engage confidently with multi-tiered stakeholders, from maintenance technicians up to plant procurement directors.
Self-disciplined and highly driven to succeed under a 100% remote working infrastructure.
