About the role
- Collaborate with Finance teams and the GBS function to ensure timely and accurate delivery of management reporting outputs.
- Review journals and reporting submissions to maintain quality and adherence to established guidelines.
- Support monthly closing activities, including ensuring the prompt submission of country Trial Balances.
- Conduct analytical reviews of monthly submissions from the Asia Pacific region and highlight key findings.
- Ensure supported countries consistently apply sound and aligned accounting practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Strong ability to review, analyze, and clearly present financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both spoken and written English, MUST be able to speak either Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Capable of producing clear and concise documents, reports, and procedure manuals.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
