About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform multiple functions in the Bank Operations Wires and Instant Payments
Process domestic and international wire transfers
Perform wire investigations research and review
Support the RTP and FedNow payments rails
Implement knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations
Assure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules and regulations
Ensures client satisfaction through superior knowledge, courtesy, and accuracy for customer-based transactions
Proactively identifies and modifies procedures to increase level of service and promote operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of related experience in the financial services industry
Intermediate experience knowledge and training in branch operation activities, terminology and products and services related to retail and commercial account customers
Knowledge of the various Fed types, sub types and field tags
Knowledge of the SWIFT field tags
Ability to understand and analyze large amounts of data
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and teammates
Detail oriented; quickly spot out irregularities
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Flexible nontraditional banking hours required.
