About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- 1st-level IT support for users in Germany and at international locations
- Handling and resolving service requests via ticketing systems with appropriate prioritization
- Setup and management of laptops, monitors, mobile devices and software environments
- Management of user accounts, permissions and access rights in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Troubleshooting and resolution of issues in Windows environments, basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, WLAN) and IT security
- Supporting employees with technical questions in day-to-day operations in a service-oriented manner
- Contributing to IT projects, system rollouts and infrastructure improvements
- Documenting incidents and solutions and continuously improving the knowledge base
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic networking topics (DNS, DHCP, VPN, WLAN)
- Experience with ticketing systems and structured incident management
- Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently, in a structured way and reliably
- Proactive, flexible working style with excellent communication skills
- Very good German skills and good English skills
