About the role

  • Continuously develop and refine the product vision and strategy for digital health solutions
  • Independently maintain and prioritize the product backlog and manage requirements
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure a smooth agile process
  • Communicate with stakeholders and gather feedback on product direction and the roadmap
  • Make market-oriented and user-centered product decisions, incorporating UX insights and data analysis
  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable product-focused role in a digital environment
  • Solid experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, GitLab, and Confluence
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills when working with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to measuring product success
  • German language skills at C1 level and residence in Germany
  • English skills are a plus
