End-to-end responsibility for 1–3 concurrent web and mobile projects — from discovery and concept through release to continuous improvement
Translating customer requirements into well-defined user stories; structuring and prioritizing the backlog
Facilitating agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews, retrospectives) in cross-functional teams
Acting as the central liaison between development, design, and stakeholders; clarifying scope, priorities, and dependencies
Monitoring product and usage metrics post-release, deriving data-driven actions, and continuously optimizing
Presenting results in regular reviews, managing expectations, and proactive risk management
Balancing user value, technical feasibility, and pragmatic implementation while maintaining high quality and deadline standards
Contributing to the development of processes and standards within the Product & Tech environment

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner in a digital environment
Business-fluent German and English skills
Strong technical understanding to assess feasibility and solution approaches together with developers
Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban) and an agile mindset
Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
