Build a deep technical understanding of Mux products and existing customer use cases to drive growth
Create outbound prospecting plans to augment business and explore new verticals and customer profiles
Build pipeline across named top pursuit accounts via outbound and leverage investor networks, executive outreach, field events, and BDR motion
Drive a culture of sales excellence and bring value by aligning video solutions to customers' business goals
Handle and grow a book of business in collaboration with Operations and Customer Success; proactively lead expansion opportunities
Understand GTM strategies and experiments, test them, and provide feedback during deal cycles
Work closely with Solution Engineers to resolve prospects' technical challenges and facilitate customer-oriented solutions
Requirements
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (in a closing role)
Proven aptitude to learn a complicated process or system (our product is very technical, you must want to learn it and have an ability to apply that technical knowledge in a commercial setting)
Self starter with a proven track record of both creatively solving problems and exceeding sales targets
Driven to perfect a sales motion, excited to act as “first sales hire,” drafting off the momentum of a strong founder led sales motion
Wants to build a winning team and double revenue
