About the role
- Drive revenue growth in the self-serve customer segment using AI and automation
- Onboard new customers and identify + nurture high-potential accounts to increase net revenue retention
- Increase ARR across a global portfolio of scaling customers
- Handle a high-volume book of business and prioritize highest growth potential conversations
- Partner with RevOps to automate and accelerate GTM execution and build scalable assets
- Create self-serve enablement assets to shorten time-to-value and partner with Marketing, BDRs, and DevEx
- Use product data to identify high-value accounts, trends, and new verticals
- Build target lists and opportunity profiles for outbound and campaigns
- Create processes, collateral, and insights for scale and share strategic feedback with Product and GTM teams
Requirements
- 3–4 years in a commercially-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Technical CSM etc.) with a track record of revenue impact
- Comfortable going deep on Mux products and solving customer problems at a technical level
- Can interpret technical docs and explain concepts to developers and non-technical stakeholders
- Thrive in a multi-threaded environment and manage dozens of conversations in parallel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to turn individual successes into scalable growth levers and know when to apply human effort and when to automate
- Entrepreneurial and outcomes-driven; operates with autonomy and accountability
