About the role
- Own end-to-end onboarding for a book of partners — manage timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely go-live.
- Run discovery sessions to understand partner business models, success criteria, technical environment, and constraints.
- Build and maintain partner-specific onboarding plans (project plans, checklists, success criteria, escalation paths).
- Coordinate technical integrations: API handshakes, data mapping, test plans and validation with internal Product/Engineering teams and partner engineers.
- Deliver training (product, operational processes, reporting) to partner teams — create onboarding materials, playbooks, and recordings.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison — escalate blockers, resolve issues, and ensure smooth handoff to Partner Success / Account Management.
- Track onboarding metrics (time-to-value, activation rate, first-transaction success, onboarding CSAT) and report trends and risks.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes: document SOPs, develop templates, optimize tools and automation.
- Support pilot programs and early partner launches; gather feedback and bake learnings into repeatable processes.
- Maintain accurate partner onboarding records in CRM and project management tools.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in partner/customer onboarding, implementations, technical account management, or customer success at a fast-paced SaaS or platform company.
- Strong project management skills — able to run multiple concurrent onboarding projects with clear plans and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create clear technical and non-technical documentation.
- Comfort with basic technical concepts (APIs, data formats, data mapping) and experience coordinating technical integrations with engineering teams.
- Experience using CRM/project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Jira, Notion) and delivering training materials.
- Detail-oriented, process-minded, and customer-focused.
- Preferred: Experience in mobility, logistics, transportation, or marketplace platforms.
- Experience with partner ecosystems (carriers, fleet partners, channel partners) or B2B integrations.
- Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) and basic SQL/data validation skills.
- Experience using customer success or onboarding platforms (Gainsight, Totango, Intercom).
Benefits
- High impact role with autonomy to shape partner experiences and the onboarding playbook.
- Cross-functional exposure to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
- Opportunity to scale programs that directly influence partner retention and revenue growth.
- Collaborative, learning-oriented culture.
