About the role

  • Own end-to-end execution of operational and service delivery projects.
  • Build project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery frameworks.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule and within scope.
  • Coordinate work across Ops, Product, Engineering, Support, and external partners.
  • Manage dependencies, blockers, and tradeoffs.
  • Drive accountability and clarity across stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery processes meet customer expectations and service standards.
  • Monitor delivery performance metrics and resolve issues quickly.
  • Support continuous improvement in service execution.
  • Provide clear updates to leadership and stakeholders on delivery progress.
  • Track risks, escalations, and resolution plans.
  • Document outcomes, learnings, and best practices.
  • Improve delivery workflows, tools, and repeatable playbooks.
  • Support scaling of service delivery across markets.
  • Help teams operate efficiently through structured execution.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, or operations roles.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing timelines, execution, and performance metrics.
  • Bias toward action and operational excellence.
  • Experience in marketplaces, logistics, or on-demand service environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or product delivery workflows (preferred).
  • Experience working with both technical and operational teams (preferred).
