About the role

  • Own and optimize Muvr’s CRM (e.g., Salesforce / HubSpot) and related GTM stack: maintain data hygiene, design lead routing, deal stages, and automation.
  • Build and maintain the revenue reporting and forecasting framework (weekly, monthly, quarterly) used by Sales leadership and the executive team.
  • Drive sales process design and documentation — playbooks, qualification frameworks, handoffs between marketing → sales → CS.
  • Manage deal desk and quoting processes (including approvals, discounting policy, and contract handoffs).
  • Partner with Marketing to measure and improve MQL → SQL → opportunity conversion; own attribution and lead scoring improvements.
  • Partner with Customer Success to measure retention, expansion, churn drivers; enable expansion motions and identify at-risk customers.
  • Execute process improvements and projects that reduce friction (onboarding, proposals, renewal workflows).
  • Build dashboards and ad-hoc analyses; surface insights to leadership and provide recommendations to influence strategy.
  • Lead GTM tool evaluations and implementations; manage vendor relationships and the technical roadmap for GTM stack.
  • Coach and enable sales and CS teams on tools, forecasts, and best-practice processes.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM operations role (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
  • Proven experience owning a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) at an admin/ops level — implementing objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills: experience with SQL and one or more BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, Metabase, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with project management and driving projects to completion with tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to document processes and run enablement sessions.
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience with CPQ/quoting tools, contract management systems, or deal desk platforms.
  • Background in pricing, commission structures, or financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot Marketing).
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup or high-growth environment.
  • Prior people management or mentoring experience.
