About the role

  • Own onboarding for a portfolio of customers: run kickoff calls, build success plans, ensure integrations and configurations are complete.
  • Drive product adoption and time-to-value through proactive outreach, training (live and recorded), in-app guidance, and playbooks.
  • Provide day-to-day customer support and case triage for non-technical and moderately technical issues; escalate to Support/Engineering as needed.
  • Monitor account health (usage, logins, feature adoption) and run campaigns to re-engage at-risk users.
  • Coordinate renewals and support upsell/expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales and Customer Success Managers.
  • Create and maintain customer-facing collateral: onboarding guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
  • Run regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for smaller accounts or as assigned.
  • Capture customer feedback and product requests; partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize impactful improvements.
  • Track and report on core customer success metrics; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and playbook updates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in customer success, account management, customer support, or a related customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable running demos and training sessions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and empathy for customers’ business needs.
  • Experience using a CRM/CS platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar).
  • Organized, able to run multiple onboarding projects and followups concurrently.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.
