About the role

  • Own sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing for technical roles.
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and events.
  • Calibrate with hiring managers on minimum qualifications and evaluation rubrics.
  • Create structured interview plans and training for panelists.
  • Report weekly on pipeline health, time to fill, and source effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and ensure process compliance.
  • Drive inclusive hiring practices and diverse slate goals.
  • Partner with People Ops and Finance on headcount, compensation, and approvals.
  • Support employer branding content and selective events.

Requirements

  • 3 plus years technical recruiting experience in house or agency.
  • Demonstrated success hiring software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and DevOps.
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, and communities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse or Lever.
  • Ability to influence with data and drive decisions quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
