About the role
- Own sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing for technical roles.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and events.
- Calibrate with hiring managers on minimum qualifications and evaluation rubrics.
- Create structured interview plans and training for panelists.
- Report weekly on pipeline health, time to fill, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and ensure process compliance.
- Drive inclusive hiring practices and diverse slate goals.
- Partner with People Ops and Finance on headcount, compensation, and approvals.
- Support employer branding content and selective events.
Requirements
- 3 plus years technical recruiting experience in house or agency.
- Demonstrated success hiring software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and DevOps.
- Strong outbound sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, and communities.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Ability to influence with data and drive decisions quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
