About the role

  • Manage the post-onboarding relationship with Muvr providers — ensuring strong engagement from day one
  • Design and execute retention programs, incentive campaigns, and recognition initiatives
  • Identify early signs of disengagement and coordinate outreach to re-activate dormant drivers
  • Monitor key engagement metrics (activation, retention, satisfaction) and develop insights to improve performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Driver Ops, Compliance, Product, Marketing, and WFM to address provider pain points
  • Lead feedback loops using surveys, in-app sentiment tools, and data analytics to continuously improve the provider experience
  • Partner with Enablement to update training, resources, and communication materials for active drivers

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in driver operations, community engagement, or gig-economy retention
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret and act on engagement and churn data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathetic, people-oriented, and comfortable resolving provider concerns
  • Preferred: Experience using lifecycle or CRM tools (Customer.io, HubSpot, Airtable, or Twilio)
  • Preferred: Background in logistics, rideshare, or last-mile delivery operations
  • Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish or regionally relevant)
