About the role

  • Own and execute the national and regional sales strategy across B2B (retail, partner, enterprise) and C2C (marketplace, affiliate) channels.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline — from lead generation to contract close — to consistently hit revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design campaigns that drive new bookings and partner activations.
  • Forecast performance and manage reporting via CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Hire, train, and manage a growing team of Sales Reps and Account Managers.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and commission structures aligned with company growth.
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews, 1:1 coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify and close new partnerships with retailers, e-commerce merchants, and enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Community Support to resolve partner escalations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or management, ideally in logistics, SaaS, or marketplace industries.
  • Proven record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong background in B2B partnerships, account management, and channel sales.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A leader who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.
